Principal
Eric Bosveld is the Principal and founder of B&A Corporate Advisors. He has over 30 years of business operations, leadership and private capital market experience in the agribusiness and food sectors. Eric works with clients in both Canada and the U.S. from his office in London, Ontario.
Besides his corporate M&A and exit planning advisory work with private company owners, he is also a Senior Advisor of Food & Agribusiness at SDR Ventures, a middle market investment bank based in Denver, CO. He is also the Founder of Aligned IQ, an online B2B web platform, where business buyers and sellers can meet privatelyto explore potential mergers and acquisitions.
Prior to his professional M&A Advisory work, Eric was the General Manager and the most senior operating executive at the Agronomy Company of Canada (ACC), the 50% partner in 19 joint ventures as part of The Agromart Group, a major crop input distributor network in Eastern Canada.
Eric has served on the boards of numerous private companies, some for terms of over 10 years. He was also President and a board member of a grain, feed and crop input supplier and served as the President and board chair of an identity preserved food soybean value-added processor and exporter.
Eric brings a unique perspective to each of his client engagements, both at SDR and B&A, and is a Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA), accredited by the Exit Planning Institute.
Eric started his career as an agronomist and holds a B.Sc., and M.Sc. from Dalhousie and McGill Universities, respectively.
