For private businesses, we can become your outsourced corporate development team and present a compelling story to business owners not actively in the market, or we can help your team with due diligence and close a deal you initiated. With select PEG's we actively pursue platform and add-on acquisitions on their behalf.
Exit Planning We help private business owners take a holistic and objective review and assessment of their business and exit options. All too often business owners think their business is worth more than the market will bear, leaving a wealth gap when it sells. Other times the business and team are simply not prepared to operate in their absence, resulting in limited exit options.
